[[Shriek flaps out into the main ring just as Hali steps out to meet her, her shadow cast entirely over the little bat devil.]]

Hali: I was hoping you and I would be matched up! 😊 I've never fought anything so small with wings before. Reminds me of the time I got that spinning skydancing toy for my birthday, but then it went right into the fireplace. Everything up til that was fun though.

[[Shriek and Hali immediately rush at each other with the former vaulting over the latter, but being prevented from grabbing her beads by a strong block and thrust from Hali]]

Shriek: *flapping around the perimeter of the arena and striking from multiple angles* HRAH! GRAH! HISSSSS!!

Hali: *blocking and deflecting most every blow* Hevi Kabisa! You're really something!

Shriek: SKRRAH!! *maneuvers her wings to roll with the force and turns her crash landing into a chance to sweep Hali's legs*

Mahina: Good counter!

Leona: *watching from a shady tree* C'mon, pup, wrap this up. We're down to three minutes.

Shriek: RAMSHACKLE RAMPAAAAGE *lunging at Hali who rolls out of the way*

Hali: *backing up to avoid the barrage of swipes and chomps* Ow! OW! Okay, I don't think I like Ramshackle Rampage! Maybe if I crosslock her I can grab her beads, but not when she's all snappy and wiggly like that! Jahi's right, I can't be beaten by a kid! Wait... that's it! 😃💡

Shriek: *landing on the ground to try and uppercut Hali* WHEN I LAUNCH YOU INTO THE CLOUDS YOUR BLOOD IS GONNA RAIN FROM THE SK-

Hali: *grabs Shriek and blows a raspberry on her stomach*

Shriek: *immediately squealing and kicking her legs as she enters a giggle fit*

Jahi: Hali, of all the stupid-!

Carla: Wait! Look!

Shriek: *giggling breathlessly as she give a great big smile, rage completely forgotten*

Lilia: Oh, isn't that just adorable? 🤭

Hali: Okay! *repeats the raspberry, making Shriek laugh even more*
