October 9th 2010 that's the date that @miwband played The Brewery in Raleigh NC. The venue has since been torn down. Last night @chrismotionless gave a shout out to the venue and that day as his favorite venue and clearly a memorable show for him. That is the day I discovered MIW and that was my first concert I ever went to. Chris talked to me in line and gave me a MIW bracelet, I bought the Creatures album from him and listened to the entire thing that night. I fell in love with that band. Chris took the time out of his night to talk to a 15 year old me and still remains the absolute nicest musician I've ever met. There is not a more genuine band out there at least that I've met. Chris you made that night as memorable for me as it is to you. When you gave a shout out to The Brewery last night it was one of the strongest emotional reactions I've ever had at a concert. I've watched MIW fight like hell for 7 years since that day despite people rooting for them to fail. No band in my opinion deserves to make it more than them. They gave the best show I've seen them give last night and they improve every tour and album.
