Merlin would be taken aback for a moment, but then highly intrigued. Guy doesn’t acknowledge that these are kids, and that kids are, well, not just things for him to experiment with, so he’ll probably try to figure the two out to see if he can use them to their advantage. He’s a piece of shit.
Nana would be... confused. Very confused. For whatever comical reason, she’ll probably just accept Toby for who he is now, but she’ll also recognize that Toby’s having a hard time accepting his new form. She’ll try to comfort him.
