It was not like his mind to begin wandering like this so carelessly. Thoughts like this would have him loose focus when it came to work, which would only place stress more and more on the school’s doctor. Fingers pinched at the bridge between his eyes as he removed his glasses, exhaling to himself. Perhaps was he just lacking sleep? Though just doing the act of removing his glasses makes his vision feel weak and shaky. Once putting glasses back on does he catch glance of the many post cards he has displayed in his office, all from the late doctor that he admired so much. The same man who’s child he has been keeping a close eye on after he arrived to the school. Just looking at them, what with his wandering mind made his chest tighten. Why was he feeling these surges of emotions all of a sudden? His thoughts however were cut short as he heard the door to his office open. Whoever came in seemed to be quiet, which meant that it wasn’t Yuuya, since he’d most likely make some sort of grand entrance. Sitting up straight did the brunette adjust his glasses before glancing over to the birdie who had walked in.
Ah, it was him....Shuu hadn’t recalled if he had called him in before, or perhaps he came in on his own due to feeling unwell. ‘ Mister Kawara, ‘ He’d speak, tone calm and monotone as ever.
