Here are the details! The requirements are few and far between.
It’ll start April 2nd--I'll open the call for participants before then, but this is when I’ll be cleared to start trying in earnest to lose my own baby weight. All you need to do is answer the call!
This will be a private Discord where I will share tips, recipes, show you what a day can look like at different calorie points, online workouts I think are good, checkins and support, teaching you about TDEE, and all manner of stuff to help you lose weight and improve your health condition!
This is for people who truly, seriously, want to do this. I cannot make you have discipline and motivation. I can’t! All I’m offering is a free version of online support and guidance.
This group is what I call science-believing, re: weight--it holds that obesity has negative health consequences, and that weight loss is a product of calories in vs calories out. If that is not for you, that’s fine, but this group is not for you.
I expect you to check in a few times a week, offer encouragement and support and celebration for others, and I expect you to make an honest effort of it! I expect some numbers from you as well! THER IS A WEEKLY WEIGH IN, THAT YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN. I do want to hear who’s losing weight, what stumbling blocks are for people who aren’t, etc. You can see how this is not for people not quite ready to face the numbers-based music.
