responding to the question about double face cards not being able to have the same back, would it work if they were functionally identical, but had different names?

That sounds like a great idea, but that idea doesn't work well alongside brand new art for the card. imagine you reprinted force spike, with brand new art, and in a language nobody could read. people wouldn't have a frame of reference for knowing what the card was

if an odd number of damage is halved, what happens to the half damage? is it rounded up or down? I've been looking through the rules, but I haven't been able to find it

re: ravnica legendaries. I'd like to see one per guild, and then a cycle of five legendaries that do work for multiple guilds. either mono colored, so they can work for four guilds, or some form of three colored, either actually three colored, or mono colored with two different colors of activated abilities

can you explain the pun on squee's toy? I don't get it
