i just realised that in the reaping for the 75th hunger games it was haymitch’s and katniss’ first times being reaped so each of the district 12 tributes actually only got reaped once
thinking about the hunger games at 4am and maybe i’m just dumb for not realising this but in SOTR Haymitch promised he would be the last one reaped.
