Diego was in a word... proud. He didn’t like getting assistance when he didn’t think he needed. Even if he needed it , he would still refuse it, and when he got it, he was simply... an ass. Although in this case he really should say thank you to the guy. He did just save his life after all. Even though he couldn’t help but flinch at the harmless flick he let out a long sigh.

“Yeah... I mean... thanks. I didn’t even... I wasn’t paying attention.” He admitted slowly dusting himself off. Wait what did this guy say?

    Such a strange sight to behold. A creature such as this gentleman was attempting to befriend? A feline much smaller than itself. Perhaps to keep it as a pet as most beings in the realm did. After all a feral kitten could only live so long along the hussle and bussle of the city limits. Even the barely green areas known as parks could only provide so much shelter.
