When you lowkey wanted to include your own ancestry to your characters (like Adrian especially) but it isn't as interesting as you anticipated. lolLike, seriously. I'm basically what I thought: Native and Iberian (Spanish)Literally more than five of my OCs (Elena, Adrian, Damian, Gricelda, David, and others) are of that background on either one side of the family or both, including my bashful Italian. lol
Oh well. And that freakin' website kept reminding me that there could be some "shocking discovery" in my ancestry.NOPE! Just as expected. haha. But at least now I know. haha
Also, all the other small percentages I have (British/Irish, Ashkenazi Jewish & East Asian, Middle Eastern, African & South Asian (Indian)) are already included in my other OCs (Ashley, Jacob, Damian, & Gricelda, respectively.)
And yes. My book is diverse as fuck but mainly Hispanic 'cause I don't know of other cultures. hahaMy characters are my babies and I want them to be as much like me and others around me as possible (which led to my bro thinking Adrian was based off him when in fact it's Damian that is more based on him, in the sense of Damian's relationship with his sister Ashley. lmao)But yeah, just know some of my characters have traits and some of you, my friends, have. haha. Y'all influence me on the daily, in a good way, of course. haha. So thank you for that and thank you for reading this far 'cause I didn't think this post would be so damn long.
Anyway, that was my thought for today. Toodles!
