Spider-Woman Legends: Gypsy Moth
We've covered Sybil Dvorak before, but she is, first and foremost, a Spider-Woman villain. The girlfriend of a famous movie star, effectively trafficked and held hostage by him, used her mutant psionic ability to control fabric and material to become a vigilante, murdering him and his fellow Hollywood elites before becoming a hired assassin.
In an adaptation, I would love to feature Sybil, though I might use her nickname Skein. I might use her as the main villain of a Spider-Woman movie, probably keeping her alive by the end so that she can join Night Shift in a later movie. All casting as previously mentioned.
Moon Knight Legends: Skein
Sybil Dvorak first appeared in 1979 as a Romani woman born with the mutant ability to manipulate material telekinetically with her mind. Kept basically hostage by her lover and film star Jason Reed, she uses her powers to create a costumed alter ego and take out her vengeance on the Hollywood elite, often acting as a major antagonist of Spider-Woman, but crossing paths with others like Moon Knight after she became part of Night Shift.
In an adaptation, she is certainly a villain I would like to feature in a Spider-Woman movie if I could, as I think there's a lot of room to build a strong rivalry between her and Jessica, and then maybe bringing her into Night Shift as well. As for casting, Noomi Rapace would be a strong contender.
moths are cool :D
may I have one?

The historical image depicts men engaged in tree pruning or removing gypsy moth eggs from a large, possibly historic, tree in Massachusetts, USA, likely in the late 19th or early 20th Century.
The tree is identified as the Dexter Elm, known for its impressive size with a base circumference of 29 feet.
The image provides a glimpse into historical tree care practices, showcasing the methods and techniques used for pruning or pest control during that era.
The presence of multiple men in the tree, utilizing ladders and ropes, highlights the manual and labor-intensive nature of such tasks in the absence of modern machinery.
The specific task of removing gypsy moth eggs suggests a focus on managing pest infestations that threatened trees during that period.

As caterpillars, gypsy moths are tiny leaf-devouring machines. Just one hungry larva can munch through nearly a square meter of leaves before pupating. Forests beware!
