🛒 Haul 🛒 I needed some new leggings so I bought these ones from @hyba. I liked that they were blue and they actually have two different pockets in the waistband (one at the back and one in the front/to the side). I think the high waist is very flattering and the mesh adds a little something extra. I found these on sale for around $30. This is a size medium and it fits nicely. They have a hood stretch that doesn't go sheer so nobody will see your printed underpants through your leggings. 🌟 Protein Bar Review 🌟 I work out a few times a week and I hate being hungry in the gym. I've been trying out different protein bars lately and I think this brand is my favourite. I tried the Peanut Butter Pie flavour for the first time and I like it. The coating has a really nice flavour and the bar is really chewy. It definetely has a protein taste but it doesn't have that grainy texture some other ones have. My favourite is the Birthday Cake flavour from ONE. 💚 4 Day Green Smoothie 💚 DAY 1 . . . Okay, so the past few weeks have been hectic. And my skin and training regime are suffering for it. And I’ve never actually done a “diet” before because honestly there is no need for me but I do need a serious detox so I decided to do a 4 Day detox diet (not a full seven days because I’m going to be traveling soon) so let’s end off with the recipient for Day 1. [At the end of the ingredients I’ll say which one is for skin and which one is for weight loss with either an S or W] . . . 💚Recipe for Day 1 • 2 Bananas [W] • 8 slices of Cucumber [S] • 1 rib of Celery [W] • 1 Handful of Spinach [S] • The tiniest sprinkle of Coriander leaves (and SUPER TINY. It’s strong) [W] • 1/4 of Lemon (Squeezed and sliced) [S] • 1/2 cup + a bit more of Soy Milk (I chose this because it’s high in omega 3 and Vitamin B) . . . 💚 Taste Umm, it’s honestly not that bad. I can drink it so I’m pleasantly surprised. The coriander is a little overpowering but that was my bad. I think it would be even better with nuts.
