Three days ago I posted about my intention to make a waistcoat from a pair of vintage field pants. I hardly expected to break the Internet, though the feedback was encouraging. I can report that after toiling in the sweatshop in a distant outhouse, the waistcoat is near completion. Most original features have been retained. So, my peacocking adventures in Pitti were cut short due to the overwhelming demands for me to finish sewing the Foreman jackets. Ever sensitive to the needs of the Interweb and those that barely exist for anything other than following my feed, I got right back to it.
