Look imma be real this is a Ted talk with my gear from the last job I had as a photo

1.) Why is it I have to be licensed by the state but can do holster work at any range i go to b4 I take their classes

2.) Why do I have to go through beginner classes at every different company even though I've been carted by multiple agencies through my career that's public access

3.) Why am I carted as an instructor but I'm useless to everyone because some old man who was a cop in the 80's knows exactly what everyone needs to do even though they haven't done anything since the 80's and have no idea how the world works currently.
