They must be the epitome of mad, crazy MAD!  Who would this apply to??  No one has neither the time nor the money to go on VACATION to reap a $4,000 credit.  And if you DO have the money, why travel when there is STILL a threat of covid-19??  Bloody mad, I tell you!  Let me explain this in some hard truth, real-world terms:

Last evening, I was at the grocery.  Whilst in the frozen food section in the span of 5 minutes I overheard these exchanges:

Father to two children, appeared 8-12 yo “You can each choose ONE frozen meal.”

Lady “Well, we can get them at the Dollar General.”

Another man “We can get pot pies.”  Pot pies being the equivalent to ramen in the frozen food section, the same as beanie weenies.  I’ve had to feed my family on all three of those illustrious food selections when stretching my budget and keeping the lights turned on or putting gas in my car, all things for which I’m eternally grateful I have gainful employment.
