El pont de pedra sobre el riu Daró a Gualta, • • construït cap al segle XVI substituint un pont més antic, probablement d'origen romà, va ser durant molt de temps l'únic pas possible en direcció a Torroella. Consta de cinc ulls d'arc rebaixat, de diferent llum, amb una llargada total de 60 m i una amplada de 2,20 m. Encara són ben apreciables les marques deixades a la pedra pel pas dels carros. TODAY: I stopped in the little store of the town to buy a few things. The owner’s father rang me up. He scanned all of my things on the computer, then wrote down all of the prices on the back of an envelope and added them by hand. When I left, he ripped off the corner of the envelope and gave it to me as my receipt.
