Yesterday, I accomplished a major milestone that not many people complete or have to opportunity to pursue. After putting myself through most of the years I've been in school with no help and struggling to make sure I had the roof over my head and food to eat along with making sure I was still getting school work done, I am finally done. And let me tell you, having a child definitely didn't make things any easy but it only made me more persistent to grind harder than I already was. I've thought about dropping out sooo many times and just going to work on film sets but I couldn't quit, I hate leaving things unfinished and I definitely wasn't about to when it came to my Bachelor's. One thing I did learn was that I was there for the connections and solely that. Yea, I may have gotten my degree but NOTHING compares to those connections I've created and the friends I have made.
