The government of India waived penalty on delayed filing of initial GST returns for the months of August and September.
“To facilitate taxpayers, late fee on filing of GSTR-3B for August and September has been has been waived,” Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said on tweeted.

E-way bill provisions deferred till April 2018.
Reverse charge to be abolished till 31.03.2018.
Quarterly returns for taxpayers with annual turnover less than ₹1.5 crores. Tax to be paid on monthly basis.
