sending hotaru was the perfect way to read things out ( there was no way the slytherin was going to go anywhere near the infirmary room after being hostilized ) and with a positive answer, brianna waits only a little longer: after two more classes she decides to skip on today’s muggle studies class and make her way to the hospital tower. the lesser people around the better, probably.
although it had been established their relationship was a chill one -- or maybe, precisely because of that -- a friendship could hardly be something to get in their way and, after the manner the last game had ended, brianna assumed a friend was what sage needed, not someone trying to sneak their hands into her skirt.
the hospital wing hasn’t changed one bit, and the slytherin has her fair share of memories within these walls--she’s had a couple accidents just like sage’s in her days and well, that’s not something she misses. no, what she misses is the dark haired on the bed by the window. “got your note,” brianna announces herself as ever, no long chases. “many visitors today?” she questions with some sincere curiosity, opening the box of every flavour’s beans she had brought to the convalescent gryffindor.Â
