Let nothing define you. Any definition (label) excludes the potential for change. Without change, there is no growth. 🖤 Long before my conscious journey into awareness and growth, I had a boyfriend whose constant argument with me was that I had changed. Every time I tried to defend myself by saying I hadn’t. During one argument (our last on this subject) it struck me that yes, I had changed, but also, isn’t that kind of the point? Only fear resists change. 🖤 I am no longer who I was. I no longer carry labels like badges of honour. I do things; I love things; I learn certain things; I am predisposed to things - I am none of these things. These moments of seeing how different the reality is that I inhabit, are amazing. These moments of seeing how everything is still very much the same and that it is me who has changed, are breathtaking.
