I decided to do an experiment on regrowing a few things. I had some garlic cloves that were starting to sprout, and they were starting to get to where I couldn’t use them. So the right side of the pls yet, you can probably see the bulb of garlic, but it’s so crazy how fast it has grown! Like each day, it gets taller! I even had to cut off the top part, because it was starting to bend. But, this garlic plant still grows, and the photos don’t show how tall it got before having to trim it back. I’m thinking I can still use the green stem to cook with, because it smells just like the actual garlic bulb. 🧄 Now on the left, I planted a carrot 🥕 end, which was also sprouting. It also started growing.
