What if you all combined?
Mochi: Marble Soda the Vesper,Pegasus Fae bat hybrid would be too much for this world.
Skyee: and Velvetâs lack of intelligence would bring us all downâŚ
What is one unfortunately unintuitive fact about pet health that you wish people could understand better? As a vet I'm sure you talk about the obvious stuff pretty often--call your vet if you have a health concern, yes Fido does need to take his medicine for the entire length of the prescription, etc. But what's one thing that isn't immediately obvious, but is nonetheless really important for the average pet owner to know about?
vet-and-wild here.
I wish people would understand that medicine isnât magic. You donât know how many times people ask if I can just âgive him a shotâ to make their animal better. Sometimes the treatment is that simple, and thatâs great! But if we offer a certain approach with various diagnostics, you can be pretty sure the answer is no. And also, even if we do everything right, sometimes we canât save animals. I wish we could, I really do. But people seem to have this idea in their head that once they get their pets to us, the work is done.
Another thing is I wish people would understand is how important preventative care is, especially for exotics. So many of our patients only come in for vaccines (cats, dogs, ferrets, pet pigs) or when theyâre sick. Especially exotics. Yes you will have to pay a yearly or bi-yearly exam fee but if we can catch problems earlier (AKA the point of preventative med) you will save money in the long run and your animal will likely live longer. Dogs we at least tend to see yearly because we have to write a prescription for heartworm meds (which requires a current exam) but other animals we may only see when theyâre legitimately on their death bed.
I wrote a little blerb about preventative care for exotics here.
gettingvetted here.
I wish people would realize that it is literally illegal to prescribe medication of any kind without having seen the patient in the past year. Iâm not trying to get your money - I literally canât give you any medications if you donât bring the pet in for an exam.
I wish people would not give whatever drug they have laying around at home before coming to see me. Iâve had people giving Bactrim (trimethoprim/sulfa) for their dogâs urinary tract infection, eye drops that they were given by their own doctor for weeping eyes, and Aleve for pain relief. So in those instances, I canât perform an accurate urine culture to treat the UTI, the dogâs autoimmune dry-eye went for longer without treatment so it got an ulcer, and the dog on Aleve died in the ownerâs arms from liver toxicity. A call to the vet is free, so donât make any treatment decisions without one!
Sueanoi here.
please donât ever give any human medication to your animal without a vet prescribing it.Â
i absolutely feel very bad when i end up having to treat for acetaminophen toxicity instead of treating whatever made a cat sick.
Ferox here.
An animal does not have to be screaming to still be in pain, especially for chronic pain that has been there a while. You donât see elderly people with arthritis screaming with every step as they wander around the supermarket getting their shop done, they just bare it and get on with it. Same with our pets, if the pain has been there for a while theyâre not going to scream about it.Still hurts.
Levi : This is a fucking CRIME.
*Claps Hands together* So... Since Needle Man answered, what is everyone's favorite genre of music?
A/N: Because Iâm lazy, Iâm copy-and-pasting an old answer (with updated avatars) which more-or-less still holds up but will do a part 2 tomorrow with other bots
Ring Man: Gotta be techno, electronica, house, hip hop, synth-pop, and punk rockâwhateverâs in and cool to dance to!
Magnet Man: Yeah.
Ring Man: But out here we only get country and western stationsâwhich is cool I guess if you like that sort of thingâŚ
Magnet Man: YeahâŚ
Ring Man: But none of the other robots around here really listen to music. A bunch of lame-os. Iâve been trying to get Gyro Man, Gemini Man, and Spark Man give a Cold Steel a concert in the badlands.
Gemini Man: For the last time, Cold Steel broke up. STOP ASKING.
Ring Man: Câmon, itâd be fun! I know the music sucked but people seemed to like it, and we could all hang out, meet some chicks, get some numbersâŚ
Gemini Man: Yeah, pass, I have like zero interest in all of those things.
Spark Man: Whatâs the point of getting someoneâs number? Skull Fortress has no phones, or, is like not hooked up for phone service.
Ring Man: Yeah, well, whatever!
Gyro Man: Also, our fangirls are super cool and all, but one day theyâre asking you for autographs, the next day theyâre flipping them on the street for $20.
Spark Man: Or they were actually undercover cops all along just trying to bust Wily.
Gyro Man: Besides, I like musicâlike psychedelic rock and yodelingâŚand Bright Man knows all the jingles from all of the chewing gum commercials, which is far outâŚand I think Guts Man likes the country stations.
Spark Man: I like them too!
Gemini Man: Oh my god, SHUT UP.
Gyro Man: Or maybe its R&B he likes. Something like that. I also think lounge music is extremely cool, and I think Metal Man might like show tunes, but itâs hard to tell he kinda has a sick sense of humor. But other than that I donât know. Like, I donât really see any of the other robots listening to anything, and we only have like two boomboxes anyway, and I think at least one of them got run over by a skull tank by accident. So that kinda makes it hard to enjoy anything.

Above all, do you think Carrie and Yevgenyâs relationship is real? To me it is, itâs like she has met her match but I canât help wondering how is this new life gonna work based on her double job. By the way, Yevgeny is so in love with her! Itâs almost cute.
Julie: Itâs real as she is totally okay with her life with him as long as she can use him. But itâs not real love from her side like most people would define it on standard couples.
Gail: I think it has to be real for Carrie. It is her life now. Carrie has never been into conventional relationships. Her conversation with Jenna on the rooftop is very telling. As they are discussing how can you be sure something is real - Carrie says âYou canât. Not completely anyway.â and she is turned on by it. Something lights up in her. Claire Danes plays that scene so well. Thatâs who Carrie is and always has been. Wasnât it Carrie the one who said the best lies are made up of 95% truth? That is what her new life is. 95% her truth. They are in love and .... happy. What a twist!
Sara: Yes, itâs real. What Gail said. Also:Â
What happens if you combine the alcamiter a copy of "adoby creative suite 4 master collection" and a pair of glasses? Do it both ways all ways or whatever you can do. Thanks in advance :)
alchemiter && adobe creative suite 4 && glassesYou got the REALITYBREAKER GLASSESThese glasses allow you to change and warp reality to your liking. There are two issues with these though: This item costs 10000000 zillium, -413413413 artifact grist as well as a few other grist types, and the program (assuming you can afford it) is rediculously complex and hard to use. You probably need some kind of class to learn how to use it properly, or you could always muddle around and learn it manualy. Which is really why these things are called what they are. You might delete a planet or two, who knows? We recommend you learn that undo button FIRST
