The funniest reason for Yarrick being 'dead' would be that he heard what Valtun and Grotsnik were up to and just decided he did not want do deal with that shit and faked his death.

just finished grotsnik and I can NOT go to sleep, maybe it's because my head got too full of ideas and hype from that ending, maybe its because the bit before the fight was horrifying for me personally and my body is too afraid to sleep. All I know for certain is that I got that WAAAGH! energy flowing through my system. I want to get it out, scrap something in my room and try to make something orky outta it, thrash an opponent to a pulp while roaring with bestial glee, luckily it's fading as I type this but whoo boy, I forgot how susceptible to ork brain I am. I already got those spores in me brain, had em for years now. I hope Valtun is ok, really liked him as a main character, but it should be fine, besides I have a feeling big things are coming his way in the future.

the plot twist where the humans were genstealers? amazing, and seeing ghaz from the perspective of one of their targets was genuinely awe inspiring, i wish he was like that in the tabletop.

and the dok just has this eery vibe to him all the time, you'd think orks couldn't protagonize a horror or trhiller but nah i was on my toes for valtun and ikor all the time!!

also i'll always appreciate a kommandoz appereance, even if they didn't last long.

and Ghaz's fight against Grotsnik's monster? GOD i need ghaz to get a tabletop buff and a new model, i dont particularly love powerscaling 40k but he was getting stronger as he fought, and showed some reality warping out of sheer anger. and the end where valtun starts speaking with the same bold letters as ghaz because of the soul stone?, JUST GIVE ME THE NEW GROTSNIK/MODEL GRRRRRRRR

but no, calgar needs another model in phobos armor, so we must wait
