its literally the simplest and most painless thing in the world. you just have to find a chiropractor that specializes in the altas. it cant be fixed by adjusting bones that normal because its so far up in your head, you'd have to break your jaw. but theres this machine that sends sound waves into your head that moves it and you literally feel nothing. 

It's a bone at the base of the skull called the Atlas. If its not completely straight it can cause problems with the entire spine. If its rotated it can cause one of your legs to be longer than the other and your shoulders to be unlevel. Basically your body is uneven because the altas controls the entire spine, hence the ribs, the shoulders, the neck, and the legs.
