if only grindelwald wasn’t evil. can you imagine for a moment what life at hogwarts would be if the headmaster’s boyfriend showed up every once in a while to wreck havoc?

Harry Potter Thing
So I have now watched Fantastic Beasts: Secrets of Dumbledore and while I like a lot about it there are also things that I don't (Mostly to do with the Qillin). But one thing that I do like has to also deal with the Qillin. Specifically the one brought back to life.
The spell used is Rennerate Vulnera Sanentur, and if it seems familiar it should if you watched Half-Blood Prince, from the dual in the bathroom between Harry and Draco.
Which when we look at the Latin meanings behind the words used in Snape's version we get vulnus meaning "wound" and sanare, "to heal", or translated could be "may the wounds be healed". Then in Grindewald's version he adds the reviving spell "Rennervate", which means "to energise".
Now for a long time the only person ever to be seen using Vulnera Sanentur was Snape, and only as a counter to Sectumsempra. With it also being used as a way to bring people back to life as part of a dark ritual I wonder if Snape had taken it from the ritual and adapted it or was it a widely known healing spell?
