These steakhouse baked potatoes are loaded with all your favorite toppings like butter, sour cream, bacon, chives, and melted cheddar cheese. They make a perfect side dish for any steak or grilled meat.
Ingredients: 4 large russet potatoes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt to taste. 4 tablespoons butter. 4 tablespoons sour cream. 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled. 1/4 cup chopped chives. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Clean the potatoes well and pat them dry with paper towels. Use a fork or knife to make several holes in each potato so that steam can escape while they are baking. Add salt and rub the potatoes with olive oil. Put the potatoes on the rack in the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until they are soft. Take the potatoes out of the oven and let them cool down a bit. Slit the top of each potato and use a fork to fluff up the inside. Put butter, sour cream, bacon, chives, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of each potato. Put the potatoes back in the oven and bake for five more minutes, or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble. Enjoy while hot!
