I'm not including Raubahn since he is not actually the leader of Ul'dah, so please do not vote Nanamo if you like Raubahn unless you actually like Nanmo best out of the options. This is not about the city-states themselves, but their leaders.
Also I'd like to keep this all in good fun, so not that I expect it to happen but just in case, please don't start any actual fights about this.
