Graduate Record Examination also referred to as GRE is a standardized test which is administered and created by Educational Testing System (ETS). It aims to gauge a student's general intellectual preparedness for graduate study. A GRE Subject Test, which evaluates technical knowledge relevant to a particular area like physics, psychology, or mathematics, may be required by some graduate schools.
