-Trevor and Oliver’s Gyftee app becomes mildly successful but not a huge part of the plot

-Oliver still no longer wants to go to Harvard but Cooper convinces him to not drop out of high-school

-Have the plot focus more on the kids

-Greg becoming part of the city council will be a subplot

-Taylor breaks up with Trip, forgets her TA, and focuses on herself instead of boys

-Have the plot focus more on the kids (Katie still being the main plot focus though)

-Have three episodes that focus on each kid (Oliver and Cooper, Taylor, and Anna-Kat and Franklin each have their own episode focusing on them)

-Cooper finally confronts his parents on how they neglected him (ends up with Cooper crying and Oliver comforting him)

-We need more segments of Oliver during his Teen-Help Line shifts (maybe Cooper drops Lunch off for Oliver one day)

-Cooper comes out to Katie and Greg as gay (he doesn’t tell Oliver but Oliver overhears the conversation)

-Oliver confronts Cooper as to why he didn’t tell Oliver he was gay and they get into this whole fight about not telling each other things and it ends in confessing their feelings for each other while yelling

-After the two confess, they start secretly dating for a while

-Katie one day pesters Oliver about that “Mother-Son Gay cruise” which ends up with them in a fight where Oliver yells out he’s bisexual (the family is not surprised)

-Cooper and Oliver later tell the family they are dating and they are more open about their relationship

-Cooliver has a very sweet and fluffy relationship with each other

-Anna-Kats OCD starts to slowly come back as she grows older (yes we are getting actual GOOD OCD representation this time)

-Taylor, Oliver, and Cooper go on a weekend trip to New York together for one or two episodes

-Have an episode where a girl confesses feelings for Oliver at a party and Cooper gets really protective over him

-Oliver gets extremely burnt out from school and everything in general so he starts struggling with simple tasks (AKA Oliver has minor depression)

-More episodes with Kathryn

-Put more focus on Cooper and Katie’s relationship

-Put more focus on Oliver and Taylor’s relationship

-Put more focus on Greg and Anna-Kats relationship

-Bring back Tara Summers and Chloe Brown Mueller

-Anna-Kats OG actor comes back

Katie - I thought the pregnancy was a weird twist, that only made the fact that the show is cancelled sadder. However, with that I would make that there are complications with the pregnancy, but in the end it turns out more or less fine. Just typical baby stress.

Greg - now that he's a politician, he just has some wacky storylines about what he's doing and fighting for nature and history and stuff.

Taylor & Trip - Taylor keeps doing relatively good in college, she and Trip are a great couple, although they for sure go through some troubles in their relationships. They also plan the wedding, but I would say they wait a pretty long time.

Oliver & Cooper - they finally become a couple god damn. Cooper convinces Oliver to at least finish high school, especially so they can go to Prom together. They have a lovely storyline about how they realize they do love each other, maybe this girl comes back and Cooper gets all jealous. Also, Cooper totally lied, his dad was not okay with it, instead he got disowned. Now he actually has to live a normal life and get into college the normal way. Oliver keeps working on that app, but he also finally realizes there's more to life than money, maybe through Coopers help. But also, I think his efforts should pay off (also, I think it was so unfair that he blew the SATs, because he literally worked so hard for it)

greg is secretly into superhero stuff but like the old ones like golden age dc and marvel
