Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup kale leaves. 1/2 ripe banana. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Grass, Greek yogurt, pineapple, banana, spinach, and honey should all be put in a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Put in the chia seeds and blend for a short time to mix them in. Blend the smoothie with ice cubes until it is smooth and cold. Put it in a glass and enjoy!
