I love your drawings of how different blood affects the hands, eyes and mouth of a human. Where would maria (as a born vileblood? Someone born in cainhurst with control over her own blood) or queen annalise fall on the scale? Closer to a kin or like humans who drink the blood from cainhurst?

Lady Maria falls on the scale a tad differently than others afflicted with Vilehood since in my AU, both her parents were Vilebloods! Thereby, she will always have the Vilehood traits like white hair and the fangs. Although since she does not continue to consume Queen Annalise‘s blood, her eyes have returned to what ought to be her natural eye colour! :] Though another addition is that my Lady Maria has a different third phase Boss Fight in which she shifts into a more grotesque Vampyric Creature :D Sth sth her genetics are afflicted by Vilehood so she can control herself in her monstrousness. Maria is more like humans afflicted with Vilehood though, yet as she is related by blood to the Queen, she is more peculiar than others!
Queen Annalise my beloved, I truly need to draw her design. She is mildly put a falsety as she presents herself before the Hunter. The cage is meant to shield others from her viscous bloodlust (Truly, my Queen Annalise is terribly starved and the first she would do upon being freed from her imprisonment would be to feast upon the first living being before her. With manners in tact, of course.). As she is the origin of the Vilebloods (those in control of the Vilehood), they share her traits. Her eyes are a pale red, her long ginger hair melts into white at the tips, her fangs are longer than those of others and her nails are very much torture devices. She, too, has a more monstrous form yet as the Queen is undying, she cares not to show it. One could say Queen Annalise is more akin to a False Kin!
I have been meaning to decipher whether the Cainhurstians pray to the Old God, pray to the Formless Oedon or have their own Great One. Latter would assume Queen Annalise has taken the first step towards ascending Greathood and thus, has become a False Kin of sorts. Yet one so simple, she shows the traits of the Blood Disease she has born. Yet, why hunt them if they believe in the Great Ones the same as the Church? (I have thoughts on that too haha)
Note that the Vilehood stems from Pthumerians, specifically the Blood of Queen Yharnam!
