Richard Horvitz: We drew out the DiGalaxis over an afternoon, and Stella is the one that is the easiest to draw because she is literally a non entity disguised as....something. We drew her eyes having no soul despite the white irises. Meanwhile the Goetias ans Hamephorash have so much soul and depth in their numerous eyes.
Mike Faist: Molly and Emily are pretty similar in personality because they are both inspired by my wife. And then Emily's design is literally meant to be a cooling balm to Stolas' ' Blue Comet ' energy. The Tarantellas are just grateful that she came into their lives at the right time - not only because Emily literally helped save the universe, but she was an anchor of light that Salvatore needs.

Alexander: The Schiaparellis are modeled on Elsa Schiaparelli's family and also various paintings of Byzantine and Venetian royals. The Orsinis are modeled on historical paintings of Orsinis, and also Ancient Roman nobility. In fact, all those historical figures that appear in Hellaverse are also modeled on those paintings of them.
Dawn Phelps, JMI's wife: Padme Amidala is indeed a major inspiration for Amethyst - in costumes and all that. We wanted to design her as a softer counterbalance to Paimon's intensity...and also an ancient forerunner to Octavia.
Idina: Elsa Schiaparelli and Jackie Kennedy are muses for Desdemona, while Maggie Smith is a muse for Margherita ( voiced by Tress MacNeille! ). We really also baked in Shakespearan gravitas into the voice work of the Saints, which are also contrasts to the Broadway/Operatic pipeline of the Goetias, and the Broadway/Gospel pipeline of the Hamephorash

The contrast between Amethyst (Callas/Brightman) and Mephisto (Prince/Voltaire) is so good. The Lust Ring siblings represent different flavors of "Decadence."
