Graystar/shadow Past leader of CascadeClan. Succeeded by Runningstream. Mate of Tornstar. Graystar was leader during the Cedar v All war. Known for his diplomatic ways, he was the most trusting leader of the time, and was seen as the head of the leaders. He grew especially close to Tornfang, and helped him out once Yarrowstar unexpectedly was murdered. This caused Tornstar and Graystar to grow closer and develop feelings for one another. After the war, Graystar changed his name back to Grayshadow, as did 4 of the other leaders. The alliance between CascadeClan and MarshClan remained strong, even after Grayshadow’s death at 5 years old, but it fell apart after Tornstar became.. isolated from grief. Grayshadow visited Tornstar often, and after 5 more years passed, he’s trying to talk Tornstar into retiring because of his age. Tornstar refuses, as he has 4 more lives left and more vigor and strength than the oldest elder in the clan. Still, Grayshadow remains a diplomatic hero in the eyes of the clans, and has lived up to his honor in his 5 years. He waits patiently for his lover to join him again, but in the meantime, he guides those in need of it.
