Character in general: i never really understood cormac as a character mostly because he felt very static to me. he was that fuck boooOOOI, you know the type. very stereotypical gryffindor, what you expected. there’s always gonna be guys out there like cormac mclaggen. but i will say that cormac did not deserve what hermione did to him. not only did she rob him of his chances on the team, but she only brought him around to make ron jealous and when it was obvious that ron didn’t really care??? she just dropped him like he was nothing when this boy probably really liked her???? im???
How they play them: YOU ADD DEPTH TO THIS BOY. and thank g-d for that. honestly, now i can look at cormac and see that there are actual layers to his character. That he can be so much more than what’s presented. it’s easier to imagine something starting between the two especially with what we’ve talked about. I like the softer, gentler side you’ve given him and allowing this multi-faceted personality that brings him from this very static character that hasn’t been given much in way of the books and allowing him to be a whole ass person. incredible
The Mun: listen, we talk sparingly but when we do, it’s full of headcanons and character building and just overall love and joy and ITS SO NICE. you’re incredibly sweet and easy to talk to and the amount of love you put in your character is so evident when you talk about your boy. im really happy to have met you <3 im so overwhelmed because i dont even know how i could possibly even try explaining how wonderful you are after everything you said toward me with this meme !!!
