Itâs grating on Lorianâs nerves to consider the feather trail Lothricâs teleportation miracle left on their way to their room. Their roommates are going to find that and think neither of them clean up their shit.Â
But he canât think of a dignified way to leave his room without crawling around on the floor, and thatâs not at all how heâd like to meet new people heâs going to have to see a lot. Not when he canât communicate verbally and doesnât have anything to write with at the moment. Ordinarily, Lothric would jump at the chance to offer his miracle to help Lorian move or to help navigate a conversation.  But right now, it would be cruel to disturb him. Heâs had a horrible scare just coming here. A lot of the coherent thoughts Lorian can pick up across their soul connection involve fear or certainty of death.
Lorian tiredly walks himself through some consequences of doing nothing - roommate finds feathers, roommate follows feathers to their door, roommate knocks on the door, Lorian canât answer, roommate doesnât understand, roommate gets worried about strange people in their house, everything gets off to a bad start. Lorian sighs, gets off the bed, and (rather against Lothricâs wishes) goes over to open the door by a generous few inches. When someone knocks, he can knock on the wall, and it wonât feel so much like an intrusion for them to push the door the rest of the way open.
He picks up the cell phone (what in the world is it?) and sits on the bed and investigates it, for something to do. He could use a distraction. Itâs been a long day.
( @grayvekeep @ouraniai hi you guys got some new roommates )
