Okay, that's right creepy.

As you may have guessed, the Gravestone Mod produces a little gravestone when you die. This grave contains all of the items and some of the experience that you had on you. This way, there's no need to panic and rush back to collect everything, since nothing will despawn, be carried off, or get destroyed by falling into lava.
