Grassmarket on vanha torialue, jossa ennenvanhaan saattoi tienata myymällä asunnon ikkunoista katsomopaikkoja teloituspäivinä. Nykyään siellä on paljon ravintoloita, kauppoja ja katutaiteilijoita. Ja varmasti yksi kuvatuimpia ja värikkäimpiä katuja eli Victoria street.
