Week 3, Day 6 - Kenpo with an audience
Another busy day... I went and played some grass doubles directly after work before heading home for Kenpo X. At least grass doubles doesn't cover you in sand :-)
The workout itself was fine, however my roommate had guests over and so it was a little awkward to be doing p90x in the living room.
