Good afternoon, comrades! Everyone talks about nice tags, or talking in the tags, or tag commentary in general, but commenting is hard. It is much easier to say “say nice things in tags when you can” than it is to actually come up with nice things to say, even times you Do have the brainpower 

It has helped me however to have a list of vague guidelines I’ve composed over the last while, based on my experiences both as a creator and consumer of content. Remember, of course, that tags are fully optional! Don’t write tags out of obligation -- this post is meant to help if one doesn’t know where to start with what to write/coming up with ways to articulate compliments. Without further ado, some ways to think when you want to say something nice but are suffering from Blank Page Disease:

- How does the content make you feel? If you have anything about the reaction it evokes the OP almost certainly wants to hear it. A keysmash or a YES means a Lot  - Highlighting something the artist chose to do is always incredible! This is especially salient regarding fanworks; I like to try to direct as many niceties toward the artist’s choices as I do any canon features (characters/lines/etc.)  - Ideally/if you have the energy, mention specific things; turns of phrase/characterization, design, artstyle, connections you think are particularly interesting, etc.!  - Try to stay away from self-deprecation in the tags! What helps me is, whenever my kneejerk reaction is “I’ll never draw/write/analyse like that,” turning that into taking it as inspiration, and saying as much :] “inspo,” “this is aspirational,” and similar are wonderful replacements 

Remember whatever you put is very welcomed :D They don’t have to be “good enough” or live up to any kind of standard; see the first point!

Yes, this is the guy who lost the Potato War and appeared on Technoblade’s charity stream, and yes, he is a funny and enjoyable-to-watch streamer on his own merit who has a lot of completely independent content :D Most consistently he’s been grinding his Skyblock Ironman profile 

I recommend tuning into SquidKid streams wholeheartedly if you enjoy some or all of the following: 

- chat interaction! While lurking is a fully viable option, there’s a lot of chat interaction to be opted into that cannot be gotten from streamers with big/fast chats or streamers who are dead focused on the game  - streamers that are willing to be mean to chat! This interaction requires a kind of assertiveness that Squid has no shortage of  - complaining and snark! SquidKid is a world-class complainer, and a very entertaining one, with a well-wielded Comedic Ego  - grinding streams! If you enjoy watching people grind and talk about Minecraft modded to the point of unrecognizability for hours on end, and largely non-chronological Skyblock Ironman profile streams are for you 

I've had good times with SquidKid streams both on in the background and in the times I’ve dipped into chat. They’re as high- or low- engagement as one wants them to be; while they don’t demand attention or high energy, they’re entertaining and plenty goes on. The smaller-streamer Very DMCA Jams also deserve a mention as part of the experience 

For a taste, here’s a clip I got several days ago; the same stream also included spamming the WAP emote for several minutes in the vague pronounced direction of Simon Hypixel in hopes of manifesting alloys

Voting is upon us, this being the first round; preliminaries designed to narrow the pool to ten parties in the running for the Minecraft YouTube Tumblr presdiency. And whomsoever you are choosing to support, we of course invite you to peruse our policies and the executions our executions of our policies thus far on our blog platform for the public consideration – this being an execution we have every intent to continue even if ANARCHY2021 becomes defunct on the campaign trail in any official capacity. Because the official capacity is nothing but a means to an end, and it is the people of MCYTblr that are an end of themselves! And to their interests, to your interests, we pledge to continue our efforts

to abolish Minecraft YouTube Tumblr prison, which as of September 15th has jailed a new batch of comrades;

to empower catpeople in all forms, such as our newly-promoted minutes man Floral– NO LONGER will catpeople mewl in fear!;

to pursue funding for the Down With Soot bus – do not fear, comrades! Twitch streamer Wilbur Soot WILL BE DESTROYED for his many crimes!;

to abolish Weedstreet;

to legalize weed on Minecraft YouTube Tumblr;

to respect Twitch streamer SophieTexxas, who will very soon get her own iteration of the promotional posts that we release every week on Tuesdays;

to increase literacy, which we have done and will continue to do via the writing and the distribution of informative bulletins and general PSAs every week on Sundays;

to stream Fundy’s Dad;

to remove people from businesses for not wearing masks;

and of course, to dissolve the Minecraft YouTube Tumblr presidency! LET’S GO!

We will, again, be continuing these activities regardless of our success or failure that we shall meet on the trail however, the latter option… may complicate matters slightly… uh… in regards to our last policy. So of course, we appreciate every vote that is cast in support of ANARCHY2021, though not as much as we appreciate every vote that is cast by YOU, THE PEOPLE OF MINECRAFT YOUTUBE TUMBLR, TO WHATEVER INITIATIVE YOU DEEM TO ACT IN YOUR SELF-DIAGNOSED INTERESTS!

And to those with questions remaining about our willingness and our capacity to answer to those interests, of course have an always-open question period, both on our blog platform and our Discord server, if there are any concerns you find remain unaddressed in our platform. It is about taking your power from you. It is about lowering literacy. It is about re-education. It is about silencing your complaints. It is about burning your votes.

Not at all! Anarchy2021 believes in people, not sides, and we think people's internet conduct is determined more by how they engage, not which characters they like. While the takes of unsavory c!Dream apologist parties have earned the entire community a bad reputation, we don't believe this condemns the entire practice of c!Dream enjoyment!
