Self-turing spectral clusteringで提案されているlocal scaleを実装をした(めっちゃ簡単)。 エッジに類似度を重みに持つグラフを構成するGaussian Kernelの分散値をlocalscaleと実証的に良い分散での比較を行いました。

localscaleの良い所は、ヒューリスティックに分散の値を決めなくて良い所と実装がめちゃくちゃ簡単な点です。
