Had an awesome time today in Jerome AZ today and other than 5 different people oohhing & aahing over my English Beat t-shirt, the highlight of the trip to this mile high former mining town was the meal I enjoyed at Grapes restaurant. The manager, Laura, was so kind to help me find vegan options on their menu. They only needed to leave off the cheese of this wonderful Roasted Vegetable Portabello mushroom to #veganize it!
