Sansa was raped in the books - She was disguised under the name Jeyne Poole but she was definitely raped by Ramsay in the books, in ADWD. And Dany was 13 in the books when she married Drogo so, yeah, definitely raped. I'm not defending the awful scenes or their awful execution of them, and I'm definitely not condoning rape as a plot device, but both of those scenes happened in the books. (That doesn't mean they had to happen in the show, of course - they could have left it out or alluded to it)
