I'm going here to find a list of emotions to see if any of them work! I think Pride comes closest. He still has vestiges of that (and you know how he is about his appearance, and status and stuff!)

A fictitional character I associate with Lowly. This was harder than I thought. He laughs and gets embarrassed like Scooby Doo, but that's only a little bit of Lowly. I think I'd go for Truman from The Truman Show. In his own little world. :)
