Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Paleo-friendly.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a cookie dough forms. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
