The last time my family and I went out shopping we went to my less favourite second hand store (one of those pawn shops where you see the haggling in real tiiiime). I've really picked clean all the second hand stores on my side of town, and this one is downtown, so I was excited to see if they had anything I wanted.
Surprise surprise! I found a great looking copy of Grandia III, and a copy of the original Kessen. I never intended to get all three Kessen games, I only really wanted the third one which I played when I was younger, but now I have all of them? Hooray! They look nice on my shelf.
And finally, my sister and mom went half-and-half on a PSP 1001 for me as an early Christmas present, and I adore it. There's this scene in pop culture where a musician walks into a store and sees a stratocaster and needs to have it, and that was me with this PSP. I adore it, it's a member of my video game family now. I already had a PSP 3001 and a pretty healthy collection of games, but the 1001 feels so much beefier and sturdy. Another thing too, same reason I wanted the DS Phat, is because I have kinda big hands, and tiny handhelds feel... tiny.
So yeah, pretty satisfying Black Friday weekend shopping.
