Simon and Grace Infinity Train, is that you?
Someone mentioned my beautiful princess Grace Monroe Infinity Train! Love her sm. Unfortunately she's a black woman who doesn't reciprocate the feelings of a white man + doesn't have the decency to die when he tries to kill her so fans hate her and declare that she's solely responsible for all the self-destructive decisions made by this grown-ass man. Combination of neglectful parents + being trapped in the Evil Therapy train with no direction leads to her acting out for attention & finding her own way, oftentimes to kind of disastrous results. She's got a good heart, she genuinely cares about the kids who join her, but she does also relish the attention she gets as their leader. Season 3 puts her through character development hell where she basically loses everyone she truly cares about to start growing. The show was cancelled before we could see more of her, if we were ever going to, but her arc ends with her on the path to self-improvement + still resolving to look out for all the kids who admire her, despite knowing she'll probably never see the people she's lost again. Her flaws are what make her character and her redemption arc so fantastic. The writers don't shy away from making her say or do some awful things, it's not a "she was good all along and just being bossed around by someone else!" story, and her arc is all the stronger for it. I'm not even that big a fan of Infinity Train but I *am* a big fan of Grace, she's simply that good.

She's not in this tourney, but if you ever do another one of these I'd suggest Grace from Infinity Train as a contender. I have seen way too much hate thrown that woman's way to not root for her.
