Out of those women that Tommy had meet (Grace,Lizzzie, May, Tatiana, Jessie), do you think he love Grace the most? Will he giving up to sleep with those women if Grace still by his side? Does he willing to give up on his marriage with Lizzie if Grace come back alive one day (Hypothetical question)?
Grace is the love of Tommy's life. No other woman is ever going to get that spot.
I don't think Tommy would ever cheat on Grace, no matter what the haters say. Why would he? He was happy with her and no other women made the shovels stop. He chose love over business when he chose her over May, so I don't want to hear about how he'll cheat on her for 'Business' reasons either.
There was an interview with Cillian Murphy during s3 and this is what he had to say about it. -
“during the time Tommy was married to Grace he was completely faithful. Prior to that, sex was basically a way of self-medicating, then Grace’s death spun him off into something else entirely. I think that as we meet him now, he’s probably shut down again emotionally, and sex is just a physical need that has to be met.”
He would drop Lizzie in a heartbeat if Grace came back! No doubt about it. Unless, Grace came back as an enemy that wouldn't turn to his side and put his children in danger.
The guy is hallucinating her all throughout s5. Years after she was killed. He tells Arthur he's not alone, never alone, because he thinks of her as always being there with him. She's the one person that helped him feel like he was healing and getting back to the pre-war Tommy. He wouldn't let go of the chance to be with her if could.
