A comic doodle inspired by a quip Will Evankovich made("if you watch long enough, we'll all be in our underwear very soon") during the behind the scenes clip for Styx 's Circling From Above Live Sessions.

Finished this in the middle of September, but was finally ready to post it now.

GOOD THINGS EVERYONE!

Got my hands last week on the new Limited Edition ™️ version of the Gowan: A Criminal Mind comic that I did the artwork/linework on! (came in the mail this Monday) Cannot thank Gowan enough for the opportunity back in 2019!!!

I hope the Rock Paper Merch site is back up soon so you guys are able to nab a copy of your own. But for now, they are available at the merch table at all Gowan shows(and possibly Styx shows - I have to confirm that one) so maybe ask one of your Canadian buddies to nab you one too when they go see a show 😉

Also: A gift came with my comic book package! A limited edition of Gowan 's Strange Animal album on picture disc vinyl(and signed by the man himself!)

And I won't spoil the updated insides past the first page with the credits - however, I posted more of a peek on my insta(same user @ as here), if you want to check that out and don’t care about spoilers.

The other night's Massey Hall concert came with a new release! A special 40th Anniversary Limited Edition of the Gowan: A Criminal Mind comic book! (I did the digital pencils and inks, Jan Gowan did the colours/layout, and of course, the concept/song/story was by Gowan! )

With colour updates and a new, updated cover(and maybe some other new things? I haven't gotten my copy yet lol) this is the f'n great news Lawrence sent me a couple weeks back when I designed the poster for the Massey Hall date!

The happiest of Birthdays to Gowan!! And as per request of the birthday man himself, I've done an homage to the 40th anniversary of the release of "Strange Animal", the (You're A) Strange Animal 45rpm Single sleeve artwork, and the Criminal Mind Music Video/Comic. (***AND is the official artowork for the Gowan tour date at Massey Hall on Nov 29th!)

Done on my Samsing S6 Lite Tablet in @autodesksketchbook in about 6 hours.
