Review:
Toxic sapphic romance, twisted plant horror, and a dark gothic story about the hunger for knowledge! Thora Grieves is finally freed of her husband who died in a fire a few weeks after their marriage and now she is able to pursue her one true love: studying botany, and turns out she was just given the chance to study under a famous professor at a university... yet thats where things take a twist as she meets a mysterious and beautiful woman in the gardens... the gardens filled with toxic flowers... and the fact that her professor might be far more sinister than she could ever imagine. This is a story about hunger, about a thirst for freedom and knowledge. I was so intrigued by the character dynamics and the depths that Thora would go to for what she wanted. The overall story was such a unique gothic read and I would absolutely recommend this! It's so unique and the horror aspect was so well done.
