unpopular opinion but daenerys always had villain potential she was so self obsessed even in the beginning I mean wtf was that title āmother of dragons breaker of chains blah blah blahā it was so long like how conceited must u be to have a long ass title like that she was the opposite of humble and loved validation from the masses nothing made her face light up more than when ppl were cheering for her or when she could get up in front of a crowd and make a speech the second the masses stopped giving her validation aka when she got to westeros she turned cold and evil bcs she feeds off of validation she was always power hungry and loved shoving the fact that she had dragons and a huge army in everyoneās face she was cold to so many ppl and showed them no mercy and yes they were evil horrible ppl but in the end a āgoodā person would show a bit of mercy iām not a jon stan by any means but jon wouldnāt have done the thing daenerys did pre-westeros and def not the things she did in westeros daario was right dany wouldāve been a perfect conqueror but she was too power hungry to be a ruler it was only a matter of time before she became a mad queen it was obvious from the beginning and her egotisticalness and obsession with praise from her āsubjectsā is what made it so difficult for me to become a fan of hers from the get go ik im gonna get hate for this but dany was never a āgoodā and āmoralā character this isnāt me hating on her this is just my opinion im not a fan of hers but not a hater either and ik the book dany stans are gonna get pissed but yall need to realize whatās canon in the book isnāt always canon in the show and show watchers are entitled to their own opinions on the characters we judge based off of what we see we havenāt read the books so itās totally valid for us to dislike dany in the end she was a villain so fair enough ?
