New to the furry community but figured I’d make my first fursona she is an Inostrancevia named Stripe
Inostrancevia was a prehistoric therapsid (this Clade is made up of modern mammals and their relatives as such Inostrancevia is often referred to as a protomammal) that was a part of the family gorgonopsidae and in fact the largest genus among all gorgonopsids
Managed to squeak out one more ref for art fight this year!
Feel free to go fight me (team comedy) and attack this Gorgonopsid Grandpa over on Art Fight!
My son, Janglops
He accidentally became my favorite of my trio, but how can you not love him? Look at him 🥹
2 gorgos

Messy watercolour sketch of some kind of gorgonopsid.
Gorgonopsids were a group of prehistoric carnivorous animals that lived in the Permian period, before the arrival of dinosaurs. They were neither truly mammals nor reptiles, but almost a bit of both; they laid eggs like reptiles, but their blood was warm, and legs positioned more vertically beneath the body like a mammal.
"we need more complex female characters"
y'all couldn't even handle the gorgonopsid.
